Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)



Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy


Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging



Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.


If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or contact your local carrier.
